Robert McKenzie is certified as a Personal Trainer Specialist with CPTN and is also 
certified with Twist Conditioning, which focuses on general fitness and sports-specific
training and development of power, strenghth, speed, agility and balance; and with
SRFIT (American Academy of Health & Fitness), which provides training for mature clients
or persons with age-related disabilities.

Robert works with clients of all ages, whose primary goals are strength development, muscle building, muscle toning and fat loss.  Robert will develop an individual program that will reflect your unique physical level and help you achieve measurable results.  Robert is 
fully insured and has completed annual first aid and CPR training courses.
